I send money through pay u but money was not transferred to beneficiary how to lodge a complaint
You don't have to call your bank, you bank has nothing to with it. You just have to call the concerned UPI providers customer care, they will ask you the transaction number and some other details related to the transaction.After this you will receive you amount back within 72 hours or else 7 days max
You should also check you account by going to you branch or if you have internet banking you can use that because some time the amount gets credited within few hours.
No need to worry! Your money is safe. Request you to do the following checks:
1. Verify your beneficiary account details like Bank Name, Account number IFSC code etc.
2. Check if the same transaction amount has been reversed into your account in the last 24 to 48 Hours.
3. Please make a note of the below time for the transaction to reflect for each type of Fund transfer:
Kotak to Kotak/IMPS/UPI — Instant,
RTGS — 4 hours or by the End of the Day,
NEFT — Within one working day from the transaction date
4. Below are the service availability timings for various fund transfers:
IMPS / UPI - Anytime (24x7)
NEFT – 12:30 AM to 11:30 PM (Available on all days)
RTGS - Till 4pm (Mon to Sat - except second & fourth Saturday & bank holidays)
Any transaction done after cut off time will be sent for clearing on next working day.
